The Canadian Heart Association’s virtual ECG Rhythm Interpretation & Arrhythmia Recognition Program provides you with the knowledge to confidently interpret and evaluate the Lead II ECG rhythms on a cardiac bedside monitor.

You will learn to systematically analyze cardiac rhythms, calculate rates and intervals, and interpret sinus, atrial, and ventricular rhythms. You will also understand the significance of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd-degree AV heart-blocks and pacemaker rhythms.

How Will I Be Evaluated...

During the Canadian Heart Association's ECG Rhythm Interpretation & Arrhythmia Recognition Program, you will be given access to an integrated online evaluation system. It is through the use of this system that you will be evaluated. Evaluation happens in real-time within the program. You can access the system using your smartphone. Using this interactive evaluation system, we guarantee you will successfully complete the program and earn your ECG Rhythm Interpretation & Arrhythmia Recognition Program Completion Certificate.
