Refund Policy

All registrations with the Canadian Heart Association are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, your registration may be converted into a transferable course credit.

Course credits

Course credits do not expire and may be used by you or transferred to another individual for a future eligible program, subject to availability and program requirements.

Cancellations by CHA

If we cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or a course credit. We are not responsible for incidental costs such as travel or lodging.
