Each programs refund policy will be clearly stated during the registration process.

You will need to actively agree to our refund policy before getting access to our programs and services.  

Payments made via your the Canadian Heart Association Website by credit card, Visa Debit, or Debit Mastercard will be refunded to the original card.

Payments by any other method will be reimbursed by cheque or e-transfer to the student

No refund will be issued if the program certificate has been issued. 

When you request a special exemption from our refund policy. We won't argue with you. We will refund you 50% of your course fees.
